Main Engine MAN 6L32 Overhaul

We can mobilize our team within 48 hours and complete the full overhaul of the MAN 6L32 to OEM standards. Our team has performed over 30 similar overhauls in the past 3 years. All work comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. We are DNV GL approved and ISO 9001 certified. Full technical report provided upon completion. Our scope includes full disassembly of the main engine, inspection of all bearings, crankshaft, camshaft and cylinder liners. All worn components will be replaced with genuine MAN spare parts sourced directly from authorized distributors. Fuel injectors will be bench-tested and reconditioned or replaced as required. Sea trial will be conducted upon completion with full performance data recorded. We will provide a detailed work completion report including photographic documentation of all replaced components. Our engineers have Class Society approval from DNV, Lloyd's Register and Bureau Veritas.
